Golf Lakewood Tee Time and Reservation Policies

REGULAR RESERVATIONS

  • Regular reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance, beginning daily at 5:00 PM (e.g., Monday for Monday).
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.
  • No booking fees apply for regular reservations.
  • All reservations will be booked under the standard non-resident rate. At the time of payment on the day of your tee time, senior, junior, resident or non-resident rates will be applied in the pro shop based on residency and birth date. See the course fees page for rates.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS

  • Advanced reservations can be made 8 to 14 days in advance and are available ONLINE ONLY.
  • All advanced reservations include a non-refundable reservation fee of $20 per person. This fee is due at time of booking.

FOR ALL RESERVATIONS

  • No charges are collected at the time of booking, except for non-refundable advanced reservation fees.
  • Full payment is due at check-in at the golf course.
  • Players are expected to play 18 holes for an 18-hole reservation.
  • All golf carts are shared. Single-rider carts are available for an additional full cart rental fee.
  • All reservations must be made online except for day of play tee times, which may be made by phone.

SINGLE PLAYER RESERVATIONS

  • Single players may not book an open foursome tee time. These will display as “2-4 Players” in MemberSports when booking a tee time.Tee times with all four spots available cannot be reserved by a single player.
  • Single players are welcome to join existing groups. These will display as “1-3 Players” in MemberSports when booking a tee time. Single players may book a tee time only when at least one other player is already booked in that tee time.
  • Singles will be paired when possible. Booking into an existing tee time allows us to group players efficiently and provide the best experience for everyone.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  • All cancellations and tee time edits must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled tee time.
  • A $25 fee will automatically be charged for 9 holes and a $50 fee for 18 holes will automatically be charged for each no-show player not canceled or modified more than 24 hours in advance effective March 8, 2026.
  •  Excessive no-shows may result in account restrictions or loss of booking privileges.
  • By accepting these terms, you authorize Golf Lakewood to charge your card on file for any applicable no-show fees.

CART DAMAGE POLICY

  • Guests are responsible for any and all damages to golf carts caused by abnormal driving behaviors. This extends to GPS modules damaged by the golfer due to unprofessional playing practices. Agreeing to the terms and services allows for Golf Lakewood to charge the operator of the golf cart with repair costs to golf carts and GPS modules.
